NCFDD for Faculty Success

The National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity is a leading provider of professional development in higher education and offers on-demand access to the mentoring, tools, and support needed to be successful in the Academy.

 

The UM System institutional membership to expired March 24, 2025. Faculty who value NCFDD may . Please note that the stipend for completing a faculty learning community is the same amount as an individual membership to NCFDD and may be used for that purpose.

Faculty Success Program

The is NCFDD’s most popular program. Offered in the fall, the FSP is a 10-week online program that helps tenure-track and tenured faculty develop the skills necessary to increase research and writing productivity while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Each year, the Provost sponsors three scholarships to cover the cost of the FSP (which is not included with the institutional membership). Contact CAFE for more information for summer 2025.
