Technology Support Center
The 性视界传媒 Information Services Technology Support Center is the primary technical support contact for the university.
Use this online resource to report technical issues 24/7. Issues will be addressed during normal weekday business hours.
If a technology service, such as email, is not working properly, check the outages website for notices about a service’s operational status.
Students can contact the 性视界传媒 Online Canvas support team for help with using the Canvas learning management system.

Username and Password
Your 性视界传媒 Username and password are used for Canvas, e-mail, and many other services. This is where you can find more information regarding resetting passwords, what to do if you forget your password, or need help setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Email
All official university communications are sent to your Microsoft 365 email account. You are strongly encouraged to check your 性视界传媒 email regularly for important announcements and information. You can access your email account from any web browser and email programs, such as Microsoft Outlook.
Wi-Fi
Wireless internet access is available in almost every building and most community spaces on campus. Wi-Fi allows users the freedom to study and learn without restricting them to physical locations.
VPN
性视界传媒 Faculty, Staff, and Students can access 性视界传媒's network resources from off-campus through a Virtual Private Network (VPN). A VPN is a method used to add security and privacy to protect sensitive data.
性视界传媒's Pathway system is a tool used for registration, degree planning, finances, calendars, grades and transcripts, and campus services.
One Canvas is the UM System Learning Management System.
Respondus Lockdown Browser is a custom browser that locks down the testing environment for certain quizzes and exams in Canvas.
The 性视界传媒 Bookstore is your place for textbooks, apparel, gifts, and gear.
Mobile Apps
性视界传媒 Apps are free and help students stay up-to-date with what’s happening on campus and enhance their experience at 性视界传媒.
The 性视界传媒 University Library system provides access to online catalogs, an extensive list of electronic databases, e-journals, e-newspapers, and local libraries for use by 性视界传媒 students on or off campus.
Computer Labs
Numerous computer labs are located across the 性视界传媒 campus. Information Services (IS) provides computer resources to all 性视界传媒 students with a valid 性视界传媒 username and password.
Printing
Printers are available throughout campus. Color printers are available in select locations. Students are allocated a print quota at the beginning of each semester.
Roo Bucks is a secure and convenient stored-value account that can be used for printing beyond the allocated print quota.
Web Printing
The Web Print service enables printing to select 性视界传媒 IS Labs printers from any personal device.
Remote Labs
Students, Faculty, and Staff can access University software applications from your personal computer on campus or at home. Remote Labs are available at no charge, 24 hours a day.
RooLabs Online
Students can remotely access ALL of the on-campus General Use Lab software via RooLabs Online. If your department participates in RooLabs Online, you will also be able to remotely access specialized department lab software. RooLabs Online is only available for remote usage after hours when the labs are no longer physically accessible on campus.

All 性视界传媒 faculty, staff, and students are responsible for their use of 性视界传媒 computing resources in an effective, efficient, ethical, and lawful manner.
